Bourgoensch Hof is a 3-star hotel located in a beautiful central location in the heart of the medieval city of Bruges. The main entrance of the hotel is located in the wollestraat a few hundred meters away from the central "Markt", while the side and rear of the hotel overlook the courtyard and one of the most photographed corners of the canals of Bruges.
Hotel Bourgoensch Hof History
The Bourgoensch Hof is located on the wollestraat, next to a small courtyard and directly overlooking the canals. The courtyard was part of a brewery from 1894 until it was converted into residential buildings by architect Raison during the 1930s. When the brewery was still active, the hotel building housed the administrative part, while on the opposite side, where the Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce is located, were the brewery facilities.
The spacious rooms offer elegant interiors with magnificent views directly over the canals. Some rooms have high ceilings, and others have beamed ceilings to add to the authentic historic feel of Bruges.
