The Enoteca Pinchiorri is a restaurant in Florence, among the most prestigious in Italy and Europe, often awarded in the haute cuisine sector. The owners are Giorgio Pinchiorri and his wife, of French origin, Annie Féolde. In addition to Féolde herself, the chefs are the first chef Riccardo Monco and the Sous-chef Alessandro Della Tommasina.
