San Felice is an ancient medieval village located 400 m high in the heart of Chianti, just 20 minutes from Siena. The complex consists of striking stone buildings for a total of 43 rooms, with suites and rooms with the typical atmosphere of the Tuscan noble residences. The adjoining restaurant "Poggio Rosso" offers traditional regional dishes accompanied by fine wines of their own production preserved in the original original cellars. The 5-star Hotel Borgo San Felice is located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the heart of the Chianti Classico, 20 minutes from Siena. Its structure consists of an entire medieval village, including the old chapel, cellars and vineyards of the property, which after a thorough renovation has been transformed into a prestigious hotel where the visitor is welcomed into an atmosphere out of time, made of class and sober Tuscan elegance.
Its origins are rooted in the Etruscan era and in the course of its history it passes under the properties of the Papacy, is the subject of contention from the municipalities of Siena and Florence and changes hands between various local families until in the 70's a new development model under the guidance of the Allianz Group, which aims to develop enological and hotel excellence. This is how the vines are replanted and start projects supported by constant scientific research in collaboration with the Universities of Florence and Pisa, giving life to a reality that fuses tradition with innovation.

Lovers of good food will find in Borgo San Felice two restaurants: the "Poggio Rosso", housed in an elegant and refined environment while maintaining the rural soul, offers dishes closely linked to the Tuscan roots, where however there are tasty interpretations of the chefs, where among the raw materials the local products of excellence are privileged, such as Certaldo cippollotti, San Gimignano saffron or Reggello pink chickpeas. Not missing a wide selection of wines, with the best national and foreign labels as well as the prized own productions, such as Poggio Rosso, Vigorello and Campogiovanni Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. The second restaurant, "La Terrazza", is a more rustic and informal setting, with an open terrace to enjoy even more the Chianti scenery while enjoying the famous Tuscan grilled meat with soup or other simple and tasty dishes of the tradition accompanied by a glass of Chianti Classico.
The real beating heart of Borgo San Felice are the ancient cellars of the winery producing 14 labels. Guests can take guided tours to learn more about the world of wine, making it an opportunity both for the wine connoisseur and for the simple amateur thanks to the advice of expert winemakers.
In the complex of the village there is also a wellness center declined according to the guidelines of Dr. Paolo Vranjes, chemist, pharmacist and cosmetologist who has been dealing with beauty and wellness since 1983. Housed in the ancient oil mill, an area of 350 square meters offers personalized routes and treatments ranging from vinotherapy, to the kneipp path, to the wet area with bio saunas, to the warm sand beds, while in front of the wellness center is also located a gym equipped with the latest generation machinery.
