In the historic center of the medieval town of Bassiano, immersed in the suggestive landscape of holm oaks and beeches that dot the slopes of Mount Evervisa, the Torrione welcomes its guests with a green avenue leading to the restaurant's porch, located on the top of a tower.
Il Torrione History
The living room and the veranda are perfectly suited to both the banquet and the romantic dinner, with the mirror on the entry hall to reflect the flickering candles burning in the candlestick. During the summer, then you can sit on the top of the tower, on a terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains and, further down, on the streets of the village.
But the real protagonist of the Tower is the kitchen, with the typical flavors of the "green lasagna" in spring and summer, or the pumpkin paste and the "brown soup" with porcini mushrooms in winter; homemade pasta, spicy aromas and a party of endless sweets.
