The restaurant Vincenz Richter is a restaurant in Meissen. It is located in a house classified historical monument dating from 1523, which is part of a circular building directly opposite the north facade of the Frauenkirche. It was rebuilt in a majestic late Gothic building between 1450 and 1520 after a devastating fire broke out in the city.

The building in An der Frauenkirche 12 is one of the few wooden buildings in the old town of Meissen. Built in 1523 by the Renaissance master Valentino as the Guild of Weavers, it functioned as such for three centuries.
