Egodomus, a charming B&B housed in a medieval palace in the center of Asti, offers the opportunity to stay in luxury suites and apartments immersed in history and art without giving up modern comforts
Palazzo Catena is a medieval palace in Asti, located in Via XX Settembre in the Rione San Paolo. The palace is the result of the union of three distinct buildings. A "giant" tower from the second period, which generated two buildings, and a rear "building" that delimits the inner courtyard. The Catena or Cattanei family belongs to the "Asti families", that is to say the group of families that obtained their social ascent not by patrician descent, but following the loan of the currency and trade. They were Gonfalonieri of the municipality of Asti. The tradition places the Catena houses in the medieval palace of Asti. From the sixteenth century, many owners have succeeded, among the most important, surely the Alfieri branch of Magliano (also called Alfieri-Bianco), which are the owners in the 17th century.
In this context the Egodomus Charme Apartments project is born, born from the idea of offering a network of high-level tourist accommodation accommodations in the historic center of Asti. Suites and apartments equipped with all the comforts and
