Baglio San Vincenzo is immersed in a landscape of rolling hills planted with vineyards and the nature reserve of the Valle del Belice that flows from Menfi towards the sea. The baglio, formerly a masseria, has 12 rooms and two suites furnished in the traditional local style and offers in its restaurant "Terre dell'Istrice" the typical dishes of the Mediterranean accompanied by excellent wines of own production.

The Baglio San Vincenzo is located on a promontory overlooking the valley, in the middle of a territory renowned in the world for its fine wines.
Its history dates back to 1654 when Rodrigo de Mendoza, Viceroy of Sicily, granted to Domenico Velasquez da Toledo the fief of San Vincenzo, but this concession was subordinated to the construction of a church in honor of San Vincenzo Ferreri, of which only a few remained. perimeter walls, the bell and the wooden statue of the saint and today rebuilt in full respect of its original structure.
The Baglio has the typical structure of the fortified country residences; multiple housing and service units built around the core of the courtyard. In respect of the historical traditions, the twelve rooms offered to guests are furnished in Sicilian style, with rooms overlooking the surrounding countryside and suites with a panoramic terrace.
The "Terra dell'Istrice" restaurant also overlooks the courtyard, in the spaces formerly occupied by the cellar, where, among sober and elegant furnishings, vaulted ceilings and the original floor you can savor the authentic flavors of Mediterranean cuisine.
Do not miss the renowned wines, aged in cask as well as a time in the newly built cellar of over 2,000 square meters inspired by the centuries-old architecture of the place.

The Baglio offers its guests the opportunity to rent bicycles and scooters to explore the surrounding wonders or to follow the bike path of about 6 km that winds to Porto Palo through the countryside
