The atmosphere at Locanda Rosa Rosae is of rare beauty, made of rustic details mixed with contemporary elements and an essential and elegant décor. Each room lives on the many curious objects recovered during the travels around the world by the couple of owners, always fresh flowers and candles and lanterns that illuminate without being intrusive. The conservative restoration of the old mill has brought to life the ancient exposed bricks, the wooden beams and the still functioning mechanisms that move the blades in the river below; while contrasting design elements that give a contemporary touch to the restaurant while maintaining a minimal and austere atmosphere, as faithful as possible to the original. The cuisine, deliciously home-made, has a particular formula: generous buffet appetizers to choose from, an entree, first and second, served at the tables, at the discretion of the inspiration of the day of the cooks, and finally an excellent selection of desserts homemade for which it is really worth the wait.
