Housed inside an old mill of 1520, Molin Vecio stands in a fascinating and fairytale place surrounded by greenery and the clear waters of the Risorgive.
Inside, small rooms with fireplaces and stoves but also large rooms for groups and weddings. In summer you can dine by the lake under our gazebos, stroll among the suggestive corners of the "Brolo" (Orchard) in search of forgotten fruit plants and visit our officinal garden where you can find more than 100 types of herbs which the kitchen continually draws on the preparation of the dishes.
The tireless water feeds the wheel, marking the rhythms of the time that seems to have stopped here, reflecting in the rhythms of the kitchen, which favors the slow flow of tags, enhancing its typical and food peculiarities.
