Located about 2 km from the historic center of Spoleto, on a hill overlooking the city and the entire Umbrian valley, Villa Milani at the end of the 800 the villa was the summer residence of the architect Giovanni Battista Milani, still today is owned by the same family that decided to open the doors of their home to hospitality.

The 11 rooms, all equipped with every comfort and service, are embellished with antique furniture from different eras, parquet or terracotta floors, covered with precious oriental carpets, walls decorated with oil paintings, original watercolors or nineteenth-century prints.
The common areas reflect the magnificence and the ancient splendor of the dwelling: a monumental stone fireplace, the coffered ceiling with noble coat of arms, marble flooring, terracotta tiles and decorative tiles that create refined and elegant designs. As well as external environments: the beautiful Italian garden, which houses mythological statues, Renaissance fountains, decorative capitals, a precious loggia frescoed by Antonino Calcagnadoro and other wonderful details that enrich the facades of the Villa; the swimming pool, overlooking the Val di Somma, with a breathtaking view.
The restaurant offers traditional dishes, revisited and renewed with taste and attention, selecting the raw materials often coming from the residence itself, such as vegetables from the garden, aromatic herbs and oil or from the natural products of the surrounding area, such as mushrooms, truffle and wild asparagus.
