At the foot of the western Alps, surrounded by a large park, stands the Hotel Soleil, a historic mansion dating back to the 18th century. Returned to its original splendor in 2006 after a long and careful restoration work in full respect of the original style, today it is offered as a refined structure where it spends stays in the name of excellence. A suggestive environment, including verandas and coffered ceilings, fine details and signs left by famous personalities such as Giosuè Carducci.
The rooms are divided into Standard, Superior, Junior Suite and a single Royal Suite. The Standards offer spacious and bright spaces, ideal for a business trip or as a stopover for its excellent quality / price ratio; the Superior rooms overlook all the estate's possessions (on the court or on the park) and are rich in details of great value: king-size beds, independent heating and air conditioning, wireless Internet access and all the comforts integrated with the historic environment perfectly restored; the two Junior Suites, one overlooking the internal courtyard and the other located at the top of the tower, offer breathtaking views; finally, the Locanda del poeta, the Royal Suite that once belonged to Piero Giacosa, owner of the late 19th century, located in the most noble part of the Villa: parquet floor, coffered ceilings, marble fireplace and woodwork dating back to the end 800, the room dominates the entire property, making it the ideal room for those who want to relive the atmosphere of times gone by in the same places that were frequented by Giacomo Puccini, Gabriele d'Annunzio and Eleonora Duse.
This historic home also presents itself as the ideal location for refined weddings and to be a setting for dream receptions: the outdoor park with swimming pool, lawn and old trees can be set up with various gazebos and banquets for up to 400 people, while the restaurant "Il Ritrovo dei Poeti" has rooms with a maximum capacity of 100 people, furnished with period furniture. The cuisine offered is that of the rich Italian gastronomy, with particular attention to the Canavasana and Piedmontese tradition, accompanied by a wide selection of the most prestigious wines, both local and Italian and international.
