Located 25 km from the historic center of Ragusa, L'Antica Locanda del Golf is an exclusive resort opened in 2011. Ideal base for visiting the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the Castle of Donnafugata, the magnificent scenery of the natural reserve of 'Aleppo and the numerous sandy beaches nearby, is located inside the ancient feud dating back to 1300 still belonging to the family of the Marquises Arezzo, surrounded by the two 18-hole golf courses among the most beautiful in Europe.
A careful restoration of the buildings that once the Marquis Arezzo put at the disposal of its aristocratic guests during the hunts on the lake, has allowed to obtain 12 between rooms and suites. An 18-hole golf course designed by Gary Player surrounds the village, while another field, designed by Franco Piras, is located just outside the hotel, surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation.
