The first owner of the villa was Eugenio de Beauharnais, stepson of Napoleon and Viceroy of Italy who in 1850 ceded it to Count Carlo Ferri, an important nobleman of Fano and Governor of the City of Perugia. It was during this period that the villa underwent a major expansion, built by the illustrious architect Giuseppe Ferroni. The villa acquired its structure in 1892 as decided by Giulia Ferri, an intimate friend of Queen Margherita di Savoia and famous for being the first woman to climb Mont Blanc. Today we have the opportunity to stay in a place with unique charm, where the comforts and services of excellence are combined with the aristocratic tradition, the historical charm and the natural beauty of an ancient park.
Each room has its own personality and style, with furnishings and atmospheres shaped over the years where antique family furniture is combined with the comforts of a modern hotel. For those who want to stay in a small house, they can stay in one of the villa's small outbuildings, from 2 to 6 places, scattered in the middle of the relais park, all equipped with a kitchenette and a barbecue area for an all-you-can-eat lunch.
