In an old mill that existed since 1827, in Semiana, in the area of the Lomelline rice fields, a project was born that brings together art and food and wine culture.
Inside this expertly restored mill, Acquamatta - Green Soul Restaurant was born in June 2012.
Respect for the environment, design and innovation: our restaurant, thanks to a geothermal heating system, uses the spring waters of the Roggia Raina by supplying the heat and electricity needed to condition the restaurant rooms.
