The recent renovations have tried to maintain the original structure unaltered: the complex has been transformed into a beautiful 4-star hotel consisting of 102 rooms and suites equipped with every comfort, each with private bathroom, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The furniture is modern and the design is refined and particularly characteristic are the stone arches and ceilings with wooden beams. From the terraces it is possible to enjoy the suggestive panoramic view of the golf course, where there are alternating pools of water, citrus groves and vast areas of Mediterranean vegetation. In the new part of the structure there is the area dedicated to swimming pools and Jacuzzi, solarium and spa with heated pool and fitness area.
For golf lovers the brand new facility designed by architects David and Vincenzo Mezzacane presents an 18-hole par 71 course set in 86 hectares aimed at safeguarding the nature in which it is immersed. The holes are beautifully married with the interruptions of palm trees, olive trees. orange and lemon trees, making them look like natural clearings that follow the paths of the rocks, dry walls and prickly pears.
The Resort has two restaurants, "Il Golf" and "I Monasteri" that offer the traditional cuisine of the territory and Sicily, where the choice of products is dictated by the choice of excellence and respect for tradition. There is a wide selection of wines, with a selection of the best Sicilian labels and in particular of the Etna and Ragusa areas.
